When It Comes To Your Home Investment
Expect Performance Not Promises
When Faced With a Challenge, the Word "Hesitation" Is Not in Patrick Warholic's Vocabulary.
While in San Francisco some years ago, Patrick Warholic was riding a cable car which suddenly stopped because a patrol car was blocking the tracks and a crowd of people were witnessing a policeman struggling to apprehend a suspect who was quickly gaining the upper hand in the situation. Without hesitation Patrick jumped off, pushed his way through the crowd and grabbed the assailant by the arms, allowing the policeman to handcuff the man who was attacking him. Needless to say, the policeman thanked Patrick repeatedly and lectured the other onlookers for just standing around and not helping him earlier.
Unbelievably, the same situation happened again several years later! While driving to a ski resort, Patrick passed a Highway Patrolman who was fighting with another man. True to his nature, Patrick slammed on the brakes, jumped out and ran to the aid of the officer who was severely injured and struggling to keep his gun out of the other man's hands. Thanks to Patrick's quick thinking and courageous intervention, he helped save another policeman's life. But for Patrick, these acts weren't about heroism, praise or public recognition. He was simply doing what had to be done—he was doing the right thing.
Truth be told, Patrick has always conducted every aspect of his life with initiative, integrity and perseverance. He remembers the core values his father instilled in him and credits those timeless principles for the high standards he measures himself against. Whether as an Eagle Scout, as a former executive in the IT and telecommunications industry organizing multi-million dollar deals, or in his role as a devoted father and grandfather, Patrick personifies dependability and an unrelenting commitment to make the most of his personal endeavors.
In his spare time, there isn't much that Patrick doesn't take an interest in doing. From woodworking to rock climbing to windsurfing to white water canoeing, Patrick doesn't take life for granted and uses every opportunity to enjoy it. But his drive to stay active in what he has a passion for encompasses much more than his hobbies. As a dedicated resident, he enjoys making a positive impact in his community through his involvement in the Knights of Columbus and Rotary Club as well as the Folsom Chamber of Commerce and Historical Society.
